Angelcasts Fingerprint Bracelet Review
I first discovered angelcasts after the owner, Ami, contacted me via twitter and asked if I would like to review a new bracelet from her range.
As someone who adores personalised jewellery, I already own a handprint necklace of our twins handprints from when they were babies, along with a ring which has been engraved with their names, I was pretty excited about this review.
Based in Manchester, Ami offers bespoke baby castings and jewellery in pure silver and gold. Castings available are baby castings, holding hands casting, bespoke casting and pregnancy bump casting.
In addition to this angelcasts jewellery range includes necklaces, charms, rings, cufflinks, keyrings, fingerprint jewellery and more!
To get us started I was sent a fingerprint kit so that I could take prints of our twin girls fingers. Included in the kit were three pots of white putty and three pots of blue putty, two bottle lids, four bags to pop your prints in for postage, along with an instruction leaflet.

The instruction leaflet was easy to understand.

By mixing the white and blue putty together, we then placed it into the blue lid provided and gently pressed the girls fingers into the putty for five seconds.
I then checked the prints to ensure I was happy with them, which I was. Then all we needed to do was op the prints into the pre-paid envelope and let Ami work her magic!

Ami asked me what colour leather band I wanted for the bracelet so I opted for turquoise, but there are other colours you can choose from.
The girls finger prints would be put onto a charm which then goes onto the leather band to make the bracelet.
The thing that I love about angelcasts is that you can opt to have your child’s drawing, handwriting, handprints or even your pets paw prints on a charm! Plus you can choose different shapes & styles to make the perfect keepsake for you.
Delivery can take between two to four weeks.
When my bracelet arrived, I was delighted to see that it came in a lovely presentation box.

The leather band is really great quality and it’s super easy to put on with two strong magnetic clasps so there’s no risk of the bracelet falling off.

The charm itself is simply beautiful. Made from silver, I was amazed at the clarity and definition of the fingerprints. You can see all the fine lines of their little prints and it’s super cute!

I think it’s such a wonderful keepsake and would make for a wonderful mothers day gift, or even a Christmas or birthday gift.
I love the addition of the names being engraved on the charm too. Overall, I have to say that this is one piece of jewellery that I’ll be wearing everyday! I’ve already had several compliments and lots of people asking me where it’s from. Thank you angelcasts!
For the purpose of this review we were sent one bracelet. All views and opinions are 100% my own.

This is gorgeous and something which I really wish I had done for Joseph. I struggle now to find any jewellery like this with all four fingers prints on, or names if it’s personalised, but I would have loved to have one of Josephs fingerprints to save forever. Beautiful piece, will bear them in mind for future purchases. #bestandworst

Ah this is beautiful. I love the simplicity of it. I’m not one for fancy jewellery so it would suit me down to the ground. I have a keyring with my little boys fingerprint on it. It’s so tiny now in comparison to what his fingers like now! A constant reminder of how quickly time passes and how fast they grow up. #bestandworst

I love this – stylish but practical. I had one on a silver bracelet but of course it broke after being pulled by the kids one too many times… #bestandworst
