Funny things our kids say and do

August 4, 2014
Like many other parents around the world I find it incredible the rate in which our twins develop – both physically and mentally.
They’re no longer babies, but proper little girls. Little toddlers! When did that happen?!
One of the things that always amazes me is some of the things that they say and do!
I thought I’d share a few funnies with you!

You can buy everything in the shop right?

Buy more wee from the shop – This was when R did a wee in the toilet and wanted to do another one, but she ran out of wee so she wanted to go to the shop to buy some more!

Buy aeroplane in shop – M was in the garden and spotted an aeroplane in the sky. When it disappeared from site, she asked if we could buy another from the shop!

Anatomy lessons anyone?

Daddy’s willy gone – I was in the shower when R came in and announced to me that Daddy’s willy had gone! What she meant was that Daddy had been getting dressed and when he put his boxers on she couldn’t see it anymore!
Finders Keepers!

For some reason M has taken to putting her dummy down my top whenever I’m holding her and she wants a drink! For safe keeping maybe?!

Home Comforts

Wherever we go M has to bring Daddy’s shorts with her! She’s grown so attached to them that they come to the supermarket every week with us, play group, music group and everywhere else we go!

She’s got a what?

Lady’s got a d**k! When I first heard R say this it completely baffled me! I asked her to repeat what she had just said and she said it again! Then I saw a small plastic toy of a lady in her hand. The lady was holding a chick!

And finally…
Why lie on one sofa when you can lie between two?

What funny things do your kids say and do?

Aww this post is so cute 🙂 I remember my little sister being around the same age as your twins and she came out with some really funny things.
I've got a while to wait before Osian's doing these things xx

Ha ha loving the planking and Daddys willy gone 🙂

The stuff that my girls say is so funny and is one of the joys of parenting for me 🙂 I should be able to think of an example but my brain has stopped working….
