Getting your wardrobe ready for the Autumn/Winter Season

Now is the perfect time to get your wardrobe in order and start hunting for your new season bargains and key pieces.

Don’t get me wrong, I love summer, especially my summer wardrobe full of cute playsuits, strappy dresses and skirts, but there’s something so cosy about the Autumn/Winter season.

The warm colours of orange, brown and beige. The cute knee high boots, oversized cardigans and long woollen dresses all make me want to just curl up in front of a fire!

Love the Sales is always my first stop when I’m looking to update my wardrobe for a new season. Dorothy Perkins is one of my favourite brands so their sale section is my first port of call!

Here are some of my favourite pieces that I’ve made into outfits I think are perfect for the Autumn/Winter season.

First up is this super on-trend long black dress, which is a bargain at just £8.50. I’ve teamed it up with a pair of black boots (£36) which have a pretty small heel and buckle detail to the side, along with a long necklace (£5) which I think would just add a bit of extra style to the outfit. The total cost for this outfit is just £49.50.

This next outfit is perfect for a girly shopping trip, perhaps to get your Christmas shopping done, or maybe even a trip to the local outdoor ice-rink! I really love these skinny jeans. The embroidery detail of the flower on them really makes them stand out. They’re just £33.60. I think they’d look great teamed up with this super soft and cost looking jumper. I love the colours and the ‘v’ shape they’re in, plus it’s just £12! I’d wear this outfit with these stunning brown boots which are just £20.00. The total for this outfit is £65.60.

My last outfit is all about the stars! When I came across the star jeans and the star jumper, I just knew they had to go together! The jeans cost just £20.99 and the jumper is £14.45. I think they’d look great teamed up with these super cute ankle boots which are just £17.00. This outfit is a total of £52.44.
