What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be so many things when I was younger. I like to think I’m quite creative! I used to love drawing and making things.
I remember at one point in my childhood I wanted to be a photographer.
I’d spend hours taking pictures of things with my disposable camera! I’d take pictures of plants, the cat, toys, food, pretty much anything!
Once I’d decided against being a photographer I moved onto the world of animals and decided that I wanted to be a vet.
I loved animals and was always playing with our cat and various other pets we had growing up.
When I realised though that being a vet would involve blood and other animal bodily fluids I soon changed my mind!
I also remembering wanting to be a gardener at one stage.
This might have had something to do with spending time outdoors on sunny days and getting a nice sun tan though!
Pink.
I don’t know why!
I just like the colour.
I don’t wear pink clothes or pink lipstick though, I just think pink is a nice colour.
Although I’ve also found that I quite like a mixture of grey, white and purple at the moment!
Something about those colours seems very calming and relaxing to me!
What’s your favourite takeaway?
It varies between two.
Sometime Chinese, sometimes KFC!
If I’m having a Chinese we’ll have egg fried rice, Cantonese style sweet and sour chicken, chips and prawn crackers.
If it’s KFC I tend to go for a boneless banquet meal as I’m not a major fan of burgers and prefer chicken strips with gravy!
What’s your favourite film?
This is tough as I love so many films!
I love a good romantic comedy, but I also love horror as well!
I’d have to say that my favourite romantic comedy is Pretty Woman.
I love so many others too though!
Confessions of a shop-a-holic, In her shoes, Bridget Jones etc!
What’s your favourite memory of childhood?
Playing in our back garden.
It sounds like a pretty boring memory, but I loved playing in our garden.
Climbing the apple tree, sunbathing on the garage or just sitting on the swings, I loved it!
I used to love watching my mum pottering around the garden.
Oh and she used to make toffee!
The most amazing toffee!
I tried to make my own once, but failed! It just wouldn’t set!
It tasted pretty much the same, but it was just runny!
What do you see for your future?
Hopefully owning a home in the area that I grew up in with a nice garden for our girls to run around in.
I just want them to be happy and in turn that would make me happy.
What’s your biggest fear?
I have two fears.
Losing my children is my main fear and my second fear is struggling to live. I mean as in being financially poor. I’m not rich, but we have enough to live and enough to spend on a few luxuries every now and then.
Funniest moment in the last month?
Trying to watch a TV programme, but my husband was constantly talking through it.
I turned around and said to him, I’m going to get my ear plugs in a minute and listen to the subtitles!

That was lovely. I like the way you spaced everything out making it quicker to read.
