Review: EasiYo Yogurt Maker

May 12, 2020

As a family we try ours best to eat healthy. I always try to ensure we have plenty of fish, meat, dairy, and fruit and vegetables in our diet.

Like most children our girls like their snacks. However, trying to ensure that they don’t always reach for a chocolate bar can can be tricky. I’ve found that a good way to encourage our girls to eat well is to lead by example. Quite often if the girls see me eating an apple, they’ll pick up an apple to eat too.

Another great healthy snack is yogurt and the EasiYo yogurt maker is perfect for making your own at home.

I was sent an EasiYo yogurt maker to review along with some yogurt sachets. I already had some yogurt sachets as we’re big EasiYo fans already.

To make the yogurt you just need to choose which flavour you want to make first and then fill the EasiYo jar to halfway with room temperature water.

Then add your chosen yogurt sachet, put the lid on the jar and give it a good shake to mix it all together. Once mixed, remove the lid and add more water until it’s 5mm from the top of the jar and give it another good shake.

Then all you need to do is fill the EasiYo maker with boiling water so that the water just about covers the red insert. Then put the jar inside the yogurt maker and put the lid on the EasiYo maker. All you need to do then is leave it for 8- 12 hours and you will then have 1kg of tasty, delicious yogurt.

We made the strawberry flavoured yogurt. It was really easy to make, plus it tastes divine. It’s so thick and creamy. You can even add some fruit for an added health kick!

There are lots of tips online here to help you make the perfect yogurt and you can also buy your yogurt sachets online here.

For the purpose of this review I was sent one EasiYo Yogurt Maker. All views and opinions are 100% my own.
