Review: I’ve got a lovely bunch of coconut bowls!

Yes, you read that title correctly! I do indeed have some lovely coconut bowls!

Courtesy of Global1st I was sent two Vie-Gourmet Coconut Bowls. Vie-Gourmet’s goal is to provide beautifully handcrafted products made from nature’s paradise.

Vie-Gourmet’s coconut bowls are individually made by hand from real coconuts that have been discarded as waste. These shells have been collected, cleaned, sanded and polished. Each eco-friendly bowl is sustainable, different and no two will be the same.

You may wonder why anyone would want to buy bowls made from coconuts so I’ll tell you why.

Coconut bowls are super light weight, easy to pack to take with you on any outdoor activities such as picnics in the park or camping. Plus coconut shells are a durable material meaning they won’t break break or crack should you drop them.

I also think they look pretty good too, plus they have so many uses.

I do already have some coconut bowls in my bathroom. They’re great for holding our bamboo toothbrushes in, but they can also be used to keep hairbands in, jewellery and lots of other things too.

I think they look lovely in my bathroom! Of course, most people would probably use them for breakfast or snacks, and that’s ok too! They’re such a versatile product that can be used for so many different things. They’re perfect for hot and cold food such as smoothies, salads, soups, curries, noodle dishes and pasta.

Just really my husband was sent lots of lovely juicy tomatoes so we’ve been using the bows to store them in.

You can also get sets of coconut bowls that come with coconut spoons too!

Coconut bowls are also durable and easy to clean. Each bowl will last many uses and will add a tropical feel to every meal! Just a quick hand wash and they are good to use again.
