Fairytales of Hans Christian Anderson Book Review
Hans Christian Anderson’s fairytales are much loved by children all over the world. As part of Parragon Books, Book Buddies we were sent this beautiful Fairytales of Hans Christian Anderson book. It brings together eight of the most famous stories in a beautifully illustrated collection.
The stunning cloth effect cover and delicate foiling makes this book look magical and appealing to children of all ages.
Included in this book you’ll find:
The Little Mermaid
The Emperors New Clothes
Thumbelina
The Princess and the Pea
The Fir Tree
The Nightingale
The Snow Queen
The Steadfast Tin Soldier
The Ugly Ducking
I absolutely adore the illustrations in this book. Not only are they stunning to look at, but they also help to bring the stories to life.

We have a very well read Fairytale book from Parragon. I love that the fairytales in this version are a bit more unusual 🙂

I love Hans Christian Andersen. The film with Danny Kaye in is superb. I went to California in the summer and there is a town called Solvang which is a Danish community there. Everything is just like a traditional Danish town and we went to the Hans Christian Andersen museum.
