It’s my last week of Diet Chef.
In my last update I expressed that I felt a little bored with the options I had chosen for my evening meals.
This hasn’t changed, but I think if I were to continue or if I were to pay for Diet Chef myself I would definitely spend a little more time choosing my meals and ensuring that I had enough variety.
In total I’ve lost 8lbs in 4 weeks, which when you think about is pretty good. That’s just over half a stone.
I haven’t lost any weight since last week, which again is a bit of a disappointment, but I feel I should be exercising more in order to aid my weight loss.
In my honest opinion Diet Chef is a great way to lose weight.
The food is all prepared for you. All you have to do is buy your fruit, vegetables, dairy and potatoes or rice etc to add to your meals.
Some people have said that they think Diet Chef is expensive, but personally it would work out quite cheap for me. I guess it depends on everyone’s budgets.
The thing that I love about Diet Chef is that it ensures that I always eat a meal. Before starting Diet Chef I would often skip breakfast and lunchtimes would often consist of whatever I could find in the cupboard which would usually crisps and chocolate.
Another great thing about Diet Chef is that it helps you to see what portion size you should be eating and it also teaches you how much food you should be eating in a day. Ideally a meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner and one snack a day. You need to make sure that you’re eating fruit and vegetables, and also adding in some dairy as well.
Overall, I’ve enjoyed trialling Diet Chef and I’d definitely recommend it.
